We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator in the Ballymena Area. The rate of pay will be £11.44 per hour. The hours of work are 9.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday with possible extendibility.
Your Duties will include:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Provide general support to visitors.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in an administration based role.
- 4 GCSE's or equivalent A-C Grade.
