**We are currently recruiting for a Part Time **Guest Experience Ambassador** to join our Central Guest Services Team at Edwardian Hotels London.**

**Overview**:

- An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels as a Guest Experience Ambassador.
- The Guest Experience Ambassador will be the key point of contact, communicator, and executive voice in customer journey.
- The role of Guest Experience Ambassador uses cross-functional knowledge and works closely with all departments in the hotel with the sole purpose of delivering bespoke service at all times.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

**About You**:

- Previous experience either within hotel guest relations or reception within a 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Proficient in spoken in spoken and written English and ideally additional languages
