The Role:

- M&G are looking for a Sales Support on a fixed-term contract for 12 month - 14 months to join M&G Wholesale Sales team._
- The role will be primarily responsible for assisting with all elements of Sales Support within the North UK Wholesale Team. The main responsibility will be to manage all daily administration & sales requirements including direct 1-1 support for Sales Directors. In addition, manage sales & administration requests from relevant client base i.e., Northern client base including high net worth clients._

Key Responsibilities for this role:

- Assisting in the organisation of client events and roadshows including Fund Manager requests and travel etc. Producing all pre-meeting information as needed.
- Extensive use and Maintenance of CRM system (Salesforce)
- Assist with the organisation of the RSDs travel.
- Interaction with other departments within M&G including Marketing and Operations.
- Client contact and query handling as required.
- Assist in the completion of detailed fund questionnaires and on boarding of platforms and associated operational aspects.
- Complete monthly expenses for the RSD’s.
- Provide cover when other sales supports are on annual leave / out of the office
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Proficient key board skills and good PC knowledge.
- Good typing skills (audio & dictation)
- Knowledge of Excel and Power point
- Knowledge of Salesforce
