Key Remits
- Directly supporting sales teams
- Ensuring sales team have collateral/material for presentation meetings
- Organisation of fund dealing and investor transactions
- Overseeing any escalations from a transfer agent perspective
- Accurately processing all transactions in accordance with the firm’s dealing and cashflow procedures
- Continuously improving risk/controls around processes and optimising efficiency
- Liaising with relevant business areas on client queries
- Providing information on client portfolios/activity and responding to queries regarding clients
- Contributing to RFP projects where required
Experience
- Degree or relevant industry qualifications
- Between 1 – 4 year’s experience within a client services or sales support role within an Asset Management environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of EMEA markets
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite in particular Excel
- Experience of a high volume dealing/investment operations environment would be highly beneficial
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, Seismic, Outreach, HeyDan, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
