Due to recent promotions, our Chesterfield branch is seeking an enthusiastic and driven trainee recruitment consultant to join our friendly team.

This role is for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, a role which involves resourcing - and we will provide full training on the rest of the recruitment world We have used the job title ‘Resourcer’ to grab your attention - we don’t wish to be misleading

Just to name a few things

**No two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to be**
- Utilising social media to advertise roles
- Liaising with clients and building successful working relationships, along with providing excellent customer service
- Growing our existing client base, by upselling, and business development to other local companies
- Completing regular review meetings with clients along with onsite
- Completing check-ins where required
- Taking our on-call service on a rota basis

**Hours**: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of recruitment, some flexibility is required You will also be taking our on-call phone home with you on a rota basis.

**Pay**: £22,000 (rising to £24,000+ in April, negotiable on experience + uncapped commission)

- A driving license / your own vehicle
