The objective of the Finance Team is to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. It has responsibility and authority to execute financial transactions within limits set by the MD and plc Board.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bank reconciliations for all UK bank accounts
- Posting of cashbook entries and direct debits
- To contribute to the cash management process by monitoring cash balances and cashflow regularly
- Produce and distribute daily cash report for the Group
- Management of petty cash
- Management and processing of company credit card statements
- Management and processing of expenses and company car mileage for the UK Group
- Assistance with statutory annual Group audit
- Management of company accounts mailbox
- Processing of company remittances
- Provide departmental cover for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations
- Document management of finance department
- Ad-hoc assistance with subsidiaries transactional posting
- Ad-hoc duties and office management tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- 5 years + experience in Finance environment
- Treasury processing experience advantageous
- SAP experience advantageous

**Qualifications**:

- AAT or part qualification preferable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
