**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks to input financial transactions into accounting software
- Control most accounts payable functions, including processing invoices and issuing payments
- Perform some sales ledger functions including a little credit control
- Support the finance team in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with team members to reconcile discrepancies in financial reports
- Experience of Sage is useful but not essential. Basic Excel skills are a requirement.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of data entry principles and procedures
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes and financial services
- Familiarity with general accounting practices and principles
- Must be able to manage confidential data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32.5 - 40 per week
