You should be looking to develop and grow your knowledge and experience and move on to the next stage of their career; be a real team player, supporting the Property Management team with a range of tasks, while having a good attention to detail to meet the high standards of accuracy required for the role.

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector is desirable.

**The skills required**:

- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Organised, planning and multi-tasking
- Interpersonal skills - maintaining and developing relationships with colleagues across teams
- Attention to detail

- Proficient use of IT equipment and software packages (i.e. MS Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Property Management team on managing tenants, contractors, and general tasks
- Support the Client Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing
