A highly successful Sheffield-based group of companies is searching for an ambitious and highly-organised Customer Service Advisor to add to our growing sales team.

Our group is made up of 3 manufacturing businesses that span security, power tools and automotive aftercare with sites in the UK and Chicago, USA. Future acquisitions and investments are also moving us further into the online space with exciting opportunities coming.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Receive enquiries and process as instructed, paying particular attention to answering telephone calls in a timely manner.
- Process enquiries, quotations, and orders, producing required, accurate documentation.
- Identify products through EPC systems and capture the product information.
- Organise and receive point of sale or pro-forma payments.
- Receive customer complaints and escalate where necessary.
- Carry out office based monthly customer contacting and update company CRM systems.
- Engage with our customer database to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase sales turnover and awareness of our brand through customer relations development, marketing collateral and product offers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
