**What will I do as a Customer Service Advisor?**

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
- Be customer service focused and work to achieve and exceed targets.

**What shifts will I work as a Customer Service Advisor?**

37.5 hours per week, Rotational hours between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm over a 5-day working week.

**How much will I be paid as a Customer Service Advisor?**

£20,500 per year, plus bonuses
