**Role**: Your role as an F&B Team leader is to provide unforgettable dining experiences and commitment in your role as a Food and Beverage Team Leader. You’ll work to lead the team and contribute to our purpose and provide exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers & guests. Maintaining our high quality standards and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Service Excellence**
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Ensure you and your team serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to SOP’s.

**2. Hygiene & Standards**
- Ensure you and your team set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring tables are clean and properly set with utensils, glassware, and tableware.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure that all menu items meet or exceed established standards, monitoring food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency

**3. Operational Excellence**
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labour costs effectively
- Oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, including dining areas and bar services, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

**4. Team Leadership**
- Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and organised flow of service.
- Support your team members during busy periods and special events.
- Identify training needs and conduct training sessions for staff on service techniques, product knowledge, and safety procedures

**Required Skills and Experience**
- High school education or equivalent; culinary or hospitality certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank/public holidays as required.
