**The Role**:
Your role as a Bartender is to excel in crafting and serving a diverse array of beverages while providing exemplary customer service. With extensive knowledge of beverages and current trends, you can offer personalised recommendations to enhance guest experiences. You will also manage cash transactions, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Your blend of professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to learn & develop, contributes significantly to the success of the team and the overall guest experience.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while delivering a great service Support your team members during busy periods and special events.
- Working as part of a team with other bar staff, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank/public holidays as required.
