**Role**: As a Mixologist, you will play an integral role in providing our guests with a refined and memorable experience. You will be responsible for crafting premium champagne cocktails, offering a deep knowledge of cocktails, champagne, and wine, and ensuring the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Service Excellence**
- Welcome and engage with guests, offering personalised service and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of champagne and wine.
- Assist guests with drink selections and provide recommendations, including upsells
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requests are communicated to the kitchen.

**2. Hygiene & Standards**
- Set up and maintain the bar areas, ensuring tables are clean and properly set up
- Maintain the Bar's elegance by ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and the proper arrangement of glassware and bar tools
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each drink is served at the optimal temperature and in the appropriate glassware

**3. Payment Handling**
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity and precision.

**4. Mixology**
- Expertly open, pour, and serve a selection of champagnes, wines, and other beverages while providing guests with information and recommendations on our offerings
- Create signature champagne cocktails with precision, creativity, and flair, enhancing our guests' experience
- Be well-versed in the Bar menu, including champagne brands, vintages, and food pairings

**5. Events**
- Participate in special events, such as wine tastings, champagne tastings, and seasonal promotions, to create unique drink menus and provide exceptional service

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience as a bartender, ideally in a high-end hotel or fine dining establishment.
- A deep passion for champagne and wine, with extensive knowledge of various champagne brands and wine varietals.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while delivering a great service
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank/public holidays as required.
