The Wellbeing Support Co-ordinator will be a compassionate individual capable of getting alongside staff to support wellbeing and enable them to remain at work, with any required reasonable adjustments or return to work from a period of sickness in the knowledge that the return will support their wellbeing. In so doing, the Advisors will work collaboratively with Ops Managers and People Partners to actively engage individuals in a timely manner, supporting delivery of the Work Well Strategy, collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data to measure progress and inform future design of work so that meaning and impact are optimised.

The post holder will be the engagement lead for wellbeing activities - day to day liaison with People Champions, PNA Lead, WARD Lead, Union Representatives to ensure all staff are sighted on support available to them, to encourage staff to engage pro-actively to keep them well and supported in the workplace. An important element of the role will be coordinating the staff drop in sessions and being an advocate for non office based staff particularly HCSW and Estates and facilities staff who represent some of the highest levels of absence.

**Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.
