Point of Sales Representative

CSS establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers through annuity and project-based service contracts. **What you will do**
- Identify and prioritise key opportunities, effectively engage with Apps and the Customer to seek mutually beneficial inclusion of CSS in a qualifying Oracle customer response.
- Build sufficient pipeline cover and deliver your allocated quota in each Financial period.
- Sell consultatively, providing credible advice and mentorship on the value of CSS to internal Apps sales partners and external customers.
- Lead information-gathering sessions specific to CSS Services, to better determine the CSS role in POS opportunities.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated history of strong sales, consulting, and collaboration skills. The ability to work within complex sales and delivery cycles and with multiple partners.
- Able to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Cognitive ability to listen, understand, and respond concisely to sophisticated questions and validate that the response is understood.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, scoping, and business justification.
- Demonstrated understanding of standard business processes and customer business in general.
- Ability to travel within the UK following Oracle's prevailing travel advice and as required in fulfilment of the role
- Ability to display positivity, initiative, and self-motivation and promote these qualities within the broader team.
- End to End solid enterprise sales or consulting experience within the IT industry.
