Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to connect them with our cutting-edge products and services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Meet sales targets and achieve revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- A UK driving license with no more than 8 points.
- Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors.
- A positive, winning attitude.
- The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
- Uncapped commission (pro-rata) for top advisors.
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off.
- Option to buy and sell 5 days' leave.
- An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
- Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan, and life assurance.
