We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Salary**: From £23,964.89 per year
