Job Summary:
UNIFY CONSULTANCY LIMITED is a fleet management and maintenance company based in Blaydon on Tyne, Gateshead, United Kingdom.

We specialize in fleet management solutions, providing comprehensive services to organizations of all sizes who owm or lease the commercial vehicles.

Our small but vital team is committed to delivering efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in managing vehicle fleets.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fleet Administrator.

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our clients' vehicle fleets.

This is more of a reactive role than a standard ‘office job’.

We want to help you build your own reputation as the ‘go to person’ who fixes the clients problems every time.

While you have the freedom of working from home, the coffee shop or on the school run - your mobile phone will become your best friend. A newly created limb.

Always on hand in case you’re needed, but with the freedom to work where you need to.

Although this role is home based, you do have an option to work at our office in Blaydon, Tyne and Wear at any time you choose.

**Qualifications**:
Analytical Skills, Fleet Operations, and Fleet Management preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of fleet services and regulations would be an advantage

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficient in computer systems and microsoft

Experience in fleet administration or a related field is an advantage

Relevant certifications or training in fleet management is a plus but not necessary

Pay: £16,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
