**Executive Assistant **opportunity starting in February to join an established and innovative consumer goods brand. Joining initially on a fixed term 12-month contract you will support the CEO in day-to-day EA tasks and assist on projects, office managementand HR admin duties.

Whilst this contract will initially be for 12-months to cover maternity leave, there is every possibility this will become permanent.

This will suit an experienced EA who is used to working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial / SME / start up environment who enjoys a hands-on approach.

**Package**:

- Basic salary to 40k per annum.
- Immediate start: mid-February to allow for a handover.
- Health cash plan, pension, 21 days holiday (increases with service).
- Lostock Gralam based Head Office (nearest train station is 0.5 miles).
- Monday to Friday, office-based role 5 days per week, car parking on-site.
- Flexible start and finish times.
- Fully stocked kitchen fridge, pizza Fridays.

**Role**:

- Diary management
- EA duties.
- Facilitating internal communications, being the first point of contact for all ad hoc queries.
- Project management.
- Working with the CEO in issuing all Shareholder & Board communications.
- Organising international travel across the team, liaising with appointed travel partner.
- Provide support / advice to the Office Co-ordinator in all aspects of Office Management.
- HR Administration, liaising with Payroll and Legal Specialist.

**Experience required**:

- Have experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME environment.
- Excellent communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Highly organised, experienced managing demanding schedule and tight deadlines.
- Be highly approachable, professional, and flexible.
- A strong team player with problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material.
- An awareness / experience of HR admin and office management duties.
