M365 Technical Delivery Specialist

**OVERALL SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement, configure and manage M365 Applications to meet the business needs of Close Brothers Asset Management including business onboarding/migration
- Go-live and post go-live support of M365 environment, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
- Work proactively to identify and mitigate potential IT risks relating to the M365 platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices
- Document technical procedures and processes

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU / PLEASE APPLY IF**:

- Proven, demonstrable experience of configuring and implementing large-scale M365 Application deployments and data migrations
- In-depth knowledge of M365 configuration and administration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, AAD and Group Policy
- Experience with server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive customer focused attitude.
- Document and handover processes and procedures to support team
- Ability to communicate in business language with all company personnel at all levels.
