Gdpr Support Executive

Based near Wetherby, West Yorkshire, we are looking for a GDPR Support Executive to be part of a growing team providing General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR" related software, training and consultancy to Academy Trusts, Schools and Colleges.

Duties of the GDPR Support Executive include:

- Assembling information about data protection related incidents
- Working with the team to resolve issues raised by customers
- Assisting customers to document data protection activities
- Providing support for the company's Compliance Management System

As a GDPR Support Executive, you will require the following skills and experience:

- Dedication to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong telephone manner, clarity and confidence
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer and system skills
- The willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to work well within a team
- The ability to manage change in a fast paced environment

The following skills and experience are not essential, but would be considered desirable, but full training will be provided:

- Knowledge of data protection principles and practice
- Knowledge of the operations of schools
- Experience working in compliance or quality management
- Experience of working in customer support

Employment terms considered:

- Full-Time: 40 hours
- Part-Time: 27.5 to 40 hours (ideally 5 days, but some flexibility)
- Part-Time and School Term-Time Only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5-40 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
