**IT SALES & ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**

We are excited to be partnering with a well-established and very successful IT business based near Wetherby who are looking to welcome a Sales & Account Executive to join their team. They offer a wide range of solutions for their customer such as IT Support,IT Hardware, Cyber Security, Cloud services, CRM software and more

Our client has a large client base across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas, and they are looking for someone who would like to be part of their 2023 growth plans. They really look after their team and many of them have been with the business for over10 years, so if you are looking for an employer who will offer you a stable and long-term career, this could be the opportunity for you.

This role would suit someone who has either worked within the IT industry previously, or you may be someone who has a keen interest in this area and are wanting a career within this space

**WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW**:

- Basic salary is in the region of £25k and £35k DOE
- Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of an extra £10k to £15k
- Hybrid working - some of your week will be working from home, some in the office, and out meeting with customers
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Monthly car allowance
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (rises with length of service)

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE SALES & ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE’S ROLE**:

- Looking after a portfolio of customer accounts ensuring regular contact is made
- Visiting customers to ensure the service being provided is the best it can be
- Looking for opportunities to cross-sell different services or solutions to existing customers
- Proactively researching and contacting potential customers to introduce the business and generate new business
- Visiting potential new customers to present the services and solutions the business provides
- Working with the wider team to create quotes for customers
- Be involved in company projects this will vary dependent on the project but could involve sourcing new suppliers, gaining quotes from suppliers and more
- This is a varied and busy role where no two days will be the same. The IT sector is constantly changing so keeping up to date with these changes is essential.

**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION**:

- You will have experience of working within the IT industry previously, or are looking to start your career in this area
- You will have a good knowledge of technical terms / systems / hardware / software etc.
- You will be a driven individual who enjoys speaking with and meeting new people
- You will have good negotiation skills
- You will be a team player to ensure the best outcome is always met for customers
- You will hold a full UK driving license.
