Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales? Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with one of our leading ecommerce clients to recruit an Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team.
Business Development Executive Role & Responsibilities:nIdentify and qualify new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.)nWork closely with the internal Marketing team on strategies to target high-value prospectsnManage and maintain relationships with existing customersnConduct product demos and presentations as needednMonitor and report on sales performance and progress toward KPIsnUtilise key product knowledge to showcase solutions for prospective customersnNegotiate prices with clients interested in bulk ordersnConduct industry research to stay informed about relevant events and trendsnPersonalise interactions based on individual pain points, goals, and motivations
Business Development Executive Skills and Experience:nExperience identifying and converting new business leadsnFull driving license required due to remote locationnDriven & positive mindset with outstanding customer service, communication and sales skillsnExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsnGreat relationship building and quick trust developmentnMotivated and ambitious with a desire to go above and beyondnNetworking aptitudenResilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejectionnProficient in computer-based systems, Outlook, and all Microsoft platforms
