We are looking for an Customer Service and Order Fulfilment Executive to join our newly established in-house fulfilment team. We are rapidly-growing global cosmetics brand, with fulfilment centre based in Wetherby, UK.

**The brand**

Primarily working on D&A Cosmetics' main brand, Plump It, you'll be part of a dynamic team within an exciting industry. Plump It creates beauty products that are alternatives to cosmetic procedures, and we believe that real beauty can be achieved without the need for needles, knives, and other invasive procedures. Our transformative formulas are created for all skin types, with active ingredients backed by science. None of our products contain parabens, sulphates, we have never tested on animals, and our brand has an official partnership with Earthly.

**The Role**

The role will require both picking and packing for our orders, kitting products, and replying to our customer queries. Reporting to the Customer Care and Order Fulfilment Manager, the role requires a level of accuracy, to make sure all our customer orders are packed correctly and customers are responded to in a timely manner.

We are looking for an organised individual, who will be able to work both independently and as part of a wider team. Any previous experience in picking, packing and customer service would be great, as well as a passion for cosmetics

**Key responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing products based on daily orders and dispatching orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the stock is kept well organised and the space is kept tidy.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that picking bins are stocked at appropriate levels.
- Perform stock quality checks before packing.
- Assist in unpacking and storage of incoming stock.
- Managing customer expectations effectively, whilst making sure this is in line with achievable operational service levels.
- Communicating with customers and referring any relevant customer intelligence to the Customer Service and Order Fulfilment Manager
- Any other fulfilment or customer care tasks where necessary
- Reporting on agreed KPIs.

- Previous experience is ideal but not required.

**Schedule**:
We are open to the schedule being either Part time, Full time Monday - Friday, 9-5, either Permanent or Temporary Contract basis.
