Regional Marketing Segment Leader Infrastructure

Sherwin-Williams is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a **Regional Marketing Segment Leader Infrastructure, Protective & Marine Coatings **(m/w/d) **to lead the strategic development and tactical execution of our High-Value Infrastructure (HVI), Bridges & Highways (B&H) and Water infrastructure segment strategies in the EMEAI region. Collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing financial goals related to sales and profitability.

As **Regional Marketing Segment Leader Infrastructure, Protective & Marine Coatings **your main tasks will be:
- Assess the attractiveness of each segment by country, considering size, growth rate, customer concentration, competitive threats, profitability, and our potential for success.
- Identify key stakeholders such as General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Steel Fabricators of each segment in every country.
- Gather the "voice of the customer" from key stakeholders to identify product needs, collaborating with product management and R&D to develop and maintain a core portfolio for each segment.
- Develop and maintain the selling toolkit and training resources for each respective segment.
- Provide annual recommendations regarding people and capital investments to enhance our strategic position and success.
- Create, communicate, and launch an annual tactical plan encompassing new products, selling tools, training, and a communication strategy for each segment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Protective Coatings Industry
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, and/or project development within the coatings industry (experiences in the infrastructure segment is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Strong analytical thinking
