**As our next Reception Team Member, you**

Will be the ‘face of Ibis Brighton’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

Will be the link between the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

Will work proactively to ensure that guests’ needs are met in as timely a fashion as is possible.

Will be a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

Will provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.

Will maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.

Will maintain strict security procedures with credit transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy

Will use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.

Will attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour
