Role Overview
Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reception Supervisor to lead our team at a prestigious building in the city. As the go-to person in the building, you will develop and foster strong relationships with visitors, clients, and other service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction, training, and support to the team to ensure an exceptional service is consistently provided.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Front of House operation, including producing reports, solving problems, and owning the visitor management system.
- Take responsibility for health & safety within the public areas and create and improve SOPs and policies.
- Work a 40-hour weekly rotation, including 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm shifts.
Requirements
- Multitasking and great communication skills.
- Customer service experience and ability to cope in a busy environment.
- SIA license required.
