Job Summary

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to oversee the ground floor reception for one of our buildings in Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive visitor experience, working closely with the building manager and other service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors and occupiers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, and performing data entry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, building managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the client to innovate and improve services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage the reception area and ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing client needs and priorities.
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a larger team.
  • SIA Licence is highly desirable.
