Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our company's marketing strategies. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will oversee all marketing, manage budgets, and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and social media advertising
- Monitor and manage comments/interactions on our Facebook Page
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing efforts and drive ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Office Suite
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to drive results
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

**Location**:Hybrid - Loughborough

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Oversee our organic social media profiles, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to amplify our online presence and foster community interaction.
- Regularly oversee our Instagram profile / Facebook Group & Page, identifying and escalating any concerns.
- Oversee Meta Ads, assist in ideating new ads, conduct A/B testing and reporting.

**Copywriting**:

- Assist in crafting on-brand content for our website and organic social media platforms.
- Ensure website copy is SEO-optimized to enhance online visibility.

**PPC Management**:

- Manage Google PPC campaigns while optimising for deeper funnel activity.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to lower acquisition costs.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to find new landing page tests and optimizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable interest in digital marketing, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Must be open to learning and adapting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
