**Job description**- You will have a focus on student engagement, support and progression, playing a key role in co-ordinating and answering student queries, signposting students towards suitable in-house colleagues and University contacts, required to support their circumstances. The post-holder will proactively manage the Student Support, Exceptional Circumstances and Disability processes, while co-ordinating the scheduling and servicing of Student Support meetings across the academic year, alongside professional service colleagues, related academic staff and University support service colleagues.- Relevant academic/vocational qualifications (e.g., NVQ 3, A levels or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience in a University environment to include:

- Providing support, guidance and signposting for students with complex needs;
- Staff supervision;
- Experience of servicing committees;
- Experience in a student facing role working with Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
- Experience of reviewing and using current institutional guidelines / policies / regulations and procedures to inform decision making.
