We currently have a vacancy for an Office Administrator to join our hard working and energetic team. You will work closely with each area of the business, reporting to the Operations Team leader and helping the Claims Team with tasks/duties.

Vehicle Replacement Network is an insurance vehicle replacement specialist, acting on behalf of UK insurance companies to replace total loss vehicles with brand new like for like replacements.

As an Office Administrator, you will receive extensive full-time training about each area of the business/es, and then take on a number of responsibilities. These could include undertaking tasks such as dealing with customer queries, liaising with dealerships and finance houses, contacting customers about their experience, uploading data to CRM systems, taking payments, minute taking, etc.

Depending on business need and the specific area of the business you’re working with, you might also be requested to perform a number of other additional duties. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as it is a varied role with the potential for progression within the business.
- Have at least 2 years administration experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Have a great track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
- Have clear, professional and friendly communication skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Understand the importance of teamwork
- Be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- Have worked with internal CRM Systems before
- Be highly organised and efficient
- Able to self manage and prioritise tasks

**Salary**: £22,600.00-£23,600.00 per year
