**JOB ROLE**:Medical Administrator - Immediate Start

- **HOURS**:Full Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- **SALARY**:£11 p/h
- **DURATION**:Ongoing
- **LOCATION**:Hove
**DUTIES INCLUDE**:
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records on medical database
- Arranging and filing company correspondences and customer information in line with company policies and GDPR guidelines
- Dealing with post, sending letters out
- Point of contact for internal queries and communications
- Coordination and communication with other offices when required
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:
- Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance
- Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand handling confidential information
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently
