**The Role**:
Our Customer Voice and Social Value teams work across the business on the design and delivery of ways for customers to get involved, give their feedback and for this to then drive service changes and improvement; ensuring customers are at the heart of their business.

In this varied role you will work to create and use ways for customers to get involved in service design. You will also play a key role in seeing opportunities for us to improve our services and plan ways for customers to play a central role within this. Understanding how survey data, complaints information and regulatory requirements you will work with teams to take these projects forward.

A strong commitment to customer focus will be central to this role with all work designed to ensure customer voice is at the heart of all of our services. With a chance to shape services and work in partnership with customers on ways for them to get involved the role offers a chance to make a real difference to our customers and communities.

**What You Will Need**

An excellent level of information technology skills, numeracy, verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to evidence your commitment to continued professional development.

It is desirable, but not essential to hold a degree or the equivalent.

Experience of working in a complex customer focused organisation is essential alongside successfully delivering a range of customer focused project in the past.
