**Salary**: Scale 4 - Beginning at £23,609 per annum with annual increases to £26,313 per annum.

**Hours**:36 hours per week

**The Role**:
We work in a fast-paced environment, and you will work closely with the Learning and Organisational Development Manager and wider team, HR, and other stakeholders. You will personally contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and adherence to industry standards.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Track and monitor compliance and regulatory training requirements, ensuring timely completion for all employees.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange, schedule and deliver training sessions
- Answer queries from our internal customers, ensuring we provide a timely service and first class customer care
- Ensure all our learning records and documentation are accurate, customer certificates recorded and professional qualifications maintained on our LMS
- Utilise appropriate software and e-learning authoring tools to design and develop engaging online learning materials.
- Manage the LMS, including uploading online courses, enrolling participants, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation, including training materials, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
