As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented National Hospital Accounts Associate to support the day-to-day activities within our Sales team.

**Job Description**:
As a National Hospital Accounts Associate at Qmed Pharma, you will play a vital role in assisting our National Hospital Account Manager and sales team in building and maintaining robust relationships with our client accounts. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks, data management, and contributing to the smooth operation of our sales initiatives and processes. We are looking for a proactive individual, with great attention to detail, who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organisational skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Relationship and Account Management:

- Assist the National Hospital Account Manager and sales team in daily administrative tasks to facilitate their activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and account information in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare and submit sales quotes, contracts, and other relevant documents for our clients.
- Act as a point of contact for hospitals, ensuring all client requests, concerns, and queries are addressed and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key personnel within organisations to understand their requirements and preferences.

Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies to further grow the client base, increasing sales revenue and profit.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and materials for meetings with client account representatives.

Order Processing and Logistics
- Address any order discrepancies or issues promptly; working closely with other Qmed Pharma colleagues/departments when needed.
- Keeping clients informed regarding order status, communicating any issues or delays effectively, promptly and proactively.

Sales Analysis
- Generating and analysing various sales reports, highlighting relevant findings to the National Accounts Manager and ensuring follow up actions are completed as required.
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Generating and communicating monthly data/reports as required for both clients and suppliers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in sales support, key account management, or similar relevant experience is required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.

Understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly desired.

A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative.

Starting Salary is £25,000 Per annum (Negotiable depending on experience).
