An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Associate Practitioner/ Allied Health Professional position in our Mental Health Hospital Liaison Team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex. We are looking for a highly motivated, caring and forward thinking Band 4 practitioner who is committed, flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic. You must have a keen interest in liaising and collaborative working with system partners. You will participate and contribute in service development and play a key role in the accreditation of the service. You will also be part of our dynamic Mental Health Hospital Liaison Multidisciplinary Team and be instrumental in maintaining key links with our system partners.
We are an enthusiastic and a welcoming team who hold quality patient care at the heart of what we do. We have a team approach in the delivery of care and work proactively in order to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
