We are about to embark on one of the biggest transformation programmes our Trust has ever seen. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) will enhance the work of nearly everyone in the Trust, and also the experience of anyone who access our services receives.

We're looking an Head of Digital Training who will support our EHR programme.

The purpose of this role to lead the establishment and co-ordination of structured training initiatives to facilitate the successful implementation of the EHR deployment of a single instance of Cerner and be instrumental in delivering one of the largest single transformational projects delivered within the Trust.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop’s Stortford, and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping.

- To be accountable of the Programme Training Strategy on behalf of the Trust, ensuring that all training and assessment offerings meet the current and emerging requirements of the organisations
- To provide effective line management for the Programme Training team, and effective Matrix Management for staff members involved in the creation and execution of Programme Training and Assessment
- To develop and maintain all Programme Training and Assessment policies and procedure
