HR Assistant - (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)

Edinburgh City Centre | Hybrid Position

Permanent role

**Salary**: 20k

Search Consultancy are currently working with a Edinburgh based Client to recruit this role of HR Assistant.

The hours for this role will be 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday, with the option of working hybrid.

Duties involved in this role will include:

- Handling client enquiries face to face, via telephone & in writing
- Creating and distributing client reports & documentation
- Recruitment and On-boarding
- HR Archiving
- Wider organisational support
- High standard of various ad hoc administration duties required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Previous HR experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Enthusiastic individual
- First class communication skills, both written & verbal
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
