- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement
- Arrange for staff cover for events, logistics for staff to get to events

- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with hospitality operations and upselling techniques
- Experience in guest services or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office suite
