We currently operate five Ofsted registered children’s homes across Lancashire with 3 more scheduled to open in the next 6 months. Cherish Childrens Care are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Business Administrator to join our team for an initial one year fixed term contract. In children’s care no day is ever the same but the work that you do has a great impact on the lives our of young people.

Key duties will include:

- Collation of the home’s weekly KPI and reporting for the Head of Service
- Correspond with home managers regarding the recruitment needs and post job adverts accordingly
- Monitoring of the home’s vehicles and scheduling the required works and repairs
- Recording and tracking of the managers holidays and expenses for payroll and scheduling purposes
- Ensuring new referrals are shared with the relevant homes for consideration by the Registered Managers
- Processing of purchases made by the homes in line with the company purchase order system
