The Internal support auditor is responsible for the correct risk audit scoring from each audit completed of hotels, liquor and food stock control audits.

**Duties**:

- Complete auditor level Liquor and Food stocktaking within the schedule compiled. Both Announced and Unannounced
- Full cash reconciliation at site level, completing a full cash audit.
- ABV tests using a hydrometer.
- Assistance to sites which require training in stock control and general financial administration.
- Carry out Hotel audit, covering legal compliance and areas of financial risk
- Both announced and unannounced audits to be completed during the year.
- Assist in the programming and maintenance of the EPOS system.
- To train managers and assistants on stock and cash procedures where required and maintain training records.
- To provide cover for the IA when required.

**Person**:

- Be of graduate calibre
- Be highly numerical
- Have good food and beverage knowledge
- Have excellent report writing skills
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be mobile with a full, clean driving licence.
