**The Company**
Green Frog Connect is at the forefront of the energy transition to a zero-carbon electricity grid.
The company is experiencing a high level of growth which we expect to continue for the foreseeable future as large scale, carbon-intensive power plants continue to be de-commissioned and high volumes of renewable and energy storage projects are brought online.
**The Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team at this exciting time to grow and prosper within the company.
Working with both the Business Support Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, the administrator will play a key role in supporting the business across multiple projects and a variety of business support systems.
**Main Duties**
- Assist with HR and employee support tasks.
- Taking meeting notes.
- Raising purchase orders.
- With the Talent Acquisition Manager, organising inductions for new starters, ordering and allocating equipment and filing documents.
- General admin duties.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- A qualification in Business Administration or relevant administration skills
- Have strong ICT skills and able to work on their own initiative.
- Flexible and able to prioritise.
**Salary and Benefits**
- Up to £24,000 per annum
- Uncapped bonus scheme linked to company profits
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
