**What's the role about?**
As part of our Marketing department, you'll be joining as our Brand and Communications Lead, responsible for all brand marketing and PR activity to build brand awareness and maximise profitable growth through Reiss owned and earned channels. Your team will own developing our seasonal marketing calendars to drive awareness and consideration to fuel customer growth globally, reviewing and reporting on the impact.

**Who you are**
- Significant experience in a similar role, leading brand strategy for media, PR, Social and Comms
- Possessing examples of brand ownership, innovation and delivery of increased brand awareness
- International brand marketing experience highly desirable
- Experience of leading a brand team and managing agency relations
- Budget management experience
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and team oriented

**What you'll be doing**
- Creating the seasonal brand strategy across media, PR, social and comms that delivers increase brand awareness in key markets
- Supporting the Head of Marketing to create paid, owned and earned brand media plans
- Developing social-first content ideas to deliver against product and marketing objectives
- Creation and leadership of brand marketing strategy in the US
- Proactively pitching to target media to seek new opportunities and maximise the placement of key brand and product messages and seasonal content
- Overseeing the distribution of seasonal press kits including look books, relevant imagery, press releases and alerts to secure quality press coverage
- Leading and developing the Brand Comms Team and ensure delivery of strategy
- Manage all existing and new agencies including PR, Social, Media and be responsible for all project/ retainer negotiations
- Manage the full brand comms budget and be responsible for planning, forecasting and reporting
- Compile monthly brand health summary, including brand marketing and PR reviews
- Conducting regular campaign analysis to understand impact of activities and messaging
