**The Role**

The **Commercial Brand Coordinator** will support the Operations Director and the wider Iconix EMEA team working across a portfolio of streetwear, fast fashion and home brands sold at retailers such as Zalando, House of Fraser, JD Sports, Pull and Bear, Urban Outfitters and many more. The role, based out of the London Headquarters in Covent Garden, will include working across brand and Licensee management, product approvals and learning to pitch deals whilst learning more about the fashion and licensing industry and gaining exposure to a wide range of business areas. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and someone who is always willing to roll their sleeves up with a great attitude and work to get the job done.

The role, which encompasses areas of commercial, creative, marketing and brand development with an emphasis on commercial brand development, will work to support the team on multiple different areas of the business, from pitch deck creation and updates to graphics creation, sample management, lead-generating and pitching new business with the support of the commercial team, assisting in the driving of brand revenue growth via the close oversight and analysis of our partners’ performance and supporting the Finance Manager on our clients’ reporting compliance. The role will additionally work towards managing a limited number of brands once they are up and running in the role, including looking after that brand’s clients and handling their requests for support.

- Creating and regularly updating pitch decks as well as retailers/territories/categories.
- Responsible for requesting and uploading all International content onto the global asset sharing platform.
- Managing the samples that come into the business in a well organised fashion and using these to prepare the meeting room for meetings and working with the office manager to organise charitable giveaways.
- Courier point of contact / send outs / collections.
- Creation of patterns and graphics for brands in the portfolio for use on product
- Welcoming clients to the office / settling them in with drinks/showing them facilities.
- Minute taking in meetings upon request and uploading these notes to the shared portal.
- Maintaining well filed/organised brand materials
- Communicating with the US and international teams, including the updating of monthly and ongoing pipeline reports and quarterly business reports.
- Maintaining style guides and packaging for brands.
- Managing product approvals and reviewing ranges with key retail and licensee partners, ensuring the brand DNA is being upheld at all times.
- Being responsible for the brand management of a limited number of Iconix Europe brand/s once up to speed.
- Proactively assessing Licensee’s performance on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting the Finance Manager in ensuring that Licensees submit their financial reports in a timely manner, and in the correct format by building strong relationships with the Licensees.
- Supporting the company’s marketing function by assisting on shoots and shoot planning, with social media activities and influencer gifting.
- Driving existing partner revenue growth on the brands managed by proactively seeking ways to expand their deals into more categories/territories, or by selling them new brands, working with the support of the commercial team to take such deals through to contract signature.
- Driving new business revenue growth by pitching new companies utilizing the target lists/gap lists provided by the commercial team, working with the support of the commercial team to take such deals through to contract signature.
- Supporting the wider team on any ad hoc projects on request.

- Some experience in fashion and/or consumer goods licensing.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a strong ability to process information and break this down into a straightforward message.
- Proactive, positive, can-do approach/attitude to all tasks with a willingness to chip in
- Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to absorb, process and recall information.
- Problem solving, results orientated mentality.
- Ability to both work independently as well as being willing to run any work by senior staff prior to it going out while learning the ropes.
- Willingness to work in the office as frequently as required.
- An excellent teamworker.
- Strong ability and willingness to multi-task.
- Ability to use MS Office including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and any prior experience with Adobe creative suite e.g. InDesign a plus.
- A conscientious and organisational approach: you’ve never missed a deadline.
