**The Role**

The **Commercial Brand Executive** will support the Operations Director and the wider Iconix Europe team working across a portfolio of streetwear, fast fashion and home brands sold at European retailers such as Zalando, House of Fraser, JD Sports, Asos and many more. The role will include working across commercial brand licensing, brand and Licensee management and product approvals. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and someone who is always willing to roll their sleeves up and work to get the job done proactively. The role will manage the execution of brand expansion via maximizing existing partner revenue growth and proactive new business generation. Forward-thinking management of existing licensees, maximizing the exposure and commercial traction of the brands in a strategic fashion and best capturing the full market potential for royalty income.

Iconix EMEA is the EMEA arm of Iconix International, Inc whoowns a diversified portfolio of fashion and home brands that touch every segment of retail distribution from the luxury market to the mass market. These include brands such as Starter, Ed Hardy, Ecko Unltd, Zoo York, Rocawear, Ocean Pacific, Danskin and Modern Amusement. Iconix licenses its wholly-owned brands to leading retailers and manufacturers worldwide, as well as representing brands on behalf of third-party Licensors. With innovative and creative marketing and brand executions, Iconix is an industry leader in promoting and elevating brands in the marketplace through traditional and new media platforms. Within your business development and management orientated role, you will be working directly with legal and finance as well as with the wider team and global office counterparts. This role will give you insight and experience into all aspects of fashion/consumer Licensing and brand management on an international level.

Experience in **fashion and/or consumer goods licensing,** in both **deal negotiation** and **brand development/management**
Key skills of Multi-tasking, teamworking, being presentable and professional, being positively persuasive both internally and externally, being humble, willingness to learn, ability to listen/retain new information
Ability to use MS Office and learn new programs such as Adobe suite.

**Your Key Accountabilities will be to**:
**New business & Licensee Management**

Drive commercial development of select brands in the portfolio, generating a strong new business pipeline via new client research, proactive cold approach lead generation and follow up, attending industry events.
Work through the process of contract negotiation and editing to secure signature and manage those ongoing relationships thereafter.
Build relationships with all licensees and/or retail partners to identify ways to generate additional revenue in accordance with the Global and European Strategy including product category extensions, territory extensions, the additions of new brands or sublicense/partner networking opportunities.
Responsible for the basic financial revenue on all respective brands in accordance with the European Strategy and licensee business plans.
Coordinate key retail meetings to support our partners in meeting and exceeding revenue projections in accordance with the European Strategy.
Aid and oversee the collection of retail sales reporting, analyze, and distribute analysis to peers to identify growth opportunities in accordance with the European Strategy.
Involvement with Sales budgeting, forecasting and the development of both growth plans and performance enhancement plans for the existing business, including supporting and in some cases driving new business development initiatives where required.

**Brand Management**

Create and regularly update pitch decks dedicated to the brand as well as retailers/territories/categories.
Manage all product approvals and review ranges with key retail and licensee partners, attend all market appointments and ensure the brand DNA is being upheld.
Manage communication to all partners on financial goals, trend, and brand direction, merchandising and marketing strategies.
Communication with the US and international teams, including the drawing up of monthly pipeline reports and hosting pipeline calls with agents.
Draft and manage annual timelines and action calendars for all respective brands.
Assist in the formulation of marketing programs in conjunction with the Marketing lead and actively lead the roll out of these to partners.
