**THE ROLE**

The Marketing & Commercial Partnerships Executive will champion the Private Client proposition, brand vision and drive customer preference. As a core part of the team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial, Marketing and Consumer Product teams at FARFETCH as well as within the Private Client org and serve as an internal and external brand ambassador. Your role will involve developing innovative marketing initiatives, executing exciting projects aligned with our brand pillars and influencing strategy adoption. Working across audience behaviour and preferences, cultural and commercial insights, creative ideation and brand voice, you'll contribute to a robust brand marketing strategy and establish FARFETCH Private Client as the unrivalled curation of luxury.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide support to the Private Client Marketing & Commercial Partnerships team in driving the development, ideation and strategic thinking of best-in-class brand marketing solutions and creative concepts.
- Support in developing a culture of luxury by monitoring competitor activities and trends, providing creative, cultural and consumer inspiration and insight to the team to inform brand strategies, ensuring the Private Client proposition is industry-leading
- Maintain the Private Client trade/brand marketing calendar working closely with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to increase efficiencies of central marketing programs and identify opportunities to build the FF Private Client brand across key seasonal moments throughout the year, engaging with key brand partners
- Plan and coordinate brand partnerships, sponsorships and events ensuring alignment to brand identity and strategy, supporting with the creation and management of marketing collateral as needed
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels in order to amplify brand presence, engage and retain target audiences and drive awareness, consideration and purchase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Personal Shopping, Client Development, Creative, Events, Comms and CRM to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all marketing efforts.
- Build insightful reports on brand marketing performance across marketing channels, analysing brand performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience in luxury or can demonstrate a strong understanding of and passion for the luxury customer, as well as industry dynamics
- You have a proven track record of project management, building strategic proposals and the ability to put ideas down on paper in a clear, concise and visually engaging manner.
- You have exemplary communication skills and can rapidly grasp ideas, data and information, translating these into simple, compelling materials such as slides, decks and documents that can be easily understood by a wider audience
- You are confident in both curating and creating visuals, being an expert in what ‘good’ content looks like. You deploy a strong sense of aesthetics with attention to detail and taste levels
- You have a preference for working within a fast paced environment, multitasking and handling multiple projects and stakeholders in an organised but flexible manner and with the ability to prioritise as needed
- You have the ability of being highly organised, strategic and analytical in approach and planning, balanced with creativity in ideation and execution.
- You have 3+ years experience in luxury, e-commerce, marketing or luxury customer experience/loyalty
