***Job Description**:
**This role works on a flexible / hybrid basis, with occasional visits to our Rugby office.**
- Analyses, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization’s products and systems.
- Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency.
- Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems.
- Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.

***Basic Requirements**:
To support the SI&T Team in coordination and management of resources to accommodate testing activities for the wider business teams and 3rd party equipment suppliers to the Tetra network, all whom require access to the reference system.

- Support the Senior Leadership Team when requested

This role will play an important part in the delivery of SI&T services, process improvements and efficiencies across the System Integration & testing team and the wider Business activities.

The post holder should seek to continually improve the performance of the SI&T activities within the organisation.

The post holder will need to influence others outside of the department regarding practices and procedures and may be required to offer training or guidance to people in more senior roles.

- Ability to perform Resource planning and scheduling actives based on the data provided by ETMs and PMO.
- Ability to use multiple company back-office support systems.
