Job Title: Precise Joiner

Pertemps Rugby is seeking a precise joiner to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a TIG welder in a related industry and be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to read and interpret technical drawings.

A key responsibility of the role is to perform TIG welding on a range of materials, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will also conduct thorough inspections and tests to verify the integrity of welds, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will have welding certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Previous experience in the Mechanical industry is also desirable, as well as knowledge of other welding techniques (e.g., MIG, ARC).

We offer a competitive salary of £22.11 per hour for this role, reflecting the expertise required and the level of experience needed.
