**Central London region**, to recruit experienced
**Customer Services Officer. **If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,

**Contract: 3 months**

**Salary: £16 p/h**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Shift Pattern: 37 hours per week /**
**Monday - Friday / 9am-5pm***

**HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE
**DUTIES**
- Raising repairs
- Logging and occasionally investigating complaint
- Chasing and investigating outstanding repairs
- Taking rent payments
- Providing housing and allocations advice to customers
- To receive and manage customer calls; Raising support tickets, to enable tracking and resolution of customer repair, housing and rent requests.
- Liaise with housing and repairs colleagues, to ensure a timely and high quality service, to our residents.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Customer Services Officer role or equivalent.
- Educated to GCSE standard and/or relevant professional qualification/or experience.
- Experience of working in a housing or repairs environment
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service (on the phone or in person)
- Customer service telephone experience desirable
