As we are new and very small we are looking for someone to be second in command to manage and help grow the company one fundraiser at a time.

**What we're looking for**:
Firstly you must be an EXPERIENCED fundraiser used to hitting daily targets using direct debits or instant payments

Confidence and patience is key

Great timing and organisational skills

A target driven, self-motivated work ethic

Experience managing fundraising teams

Track record of motivating teams of Fundraisers for high performance

Excellent training skills

Passion for your job role and
Empathetic active listening skills

**Your Day2Day Responsibilities**:
Fundraising averaging a **MINIMUM** of 5 sign ups per week (1 to 2 sign ups a day)

Managing small teams of Fundraisers

Managing the training and ongoing performance of your staff

Ensuring fundraisers meet targets and monitoring the quality of donors recruited

Transporting equipment (banners and pods)
to and from sites once or twice a week

Drivers Licence and vehicle helps but is **NOT** essential

Creating a positive culture in your teams

**Summary**;
For this role you do not have to be militant or super strict a laid back demeanour is also great. You just have to be a hard worker who is helpful understanding and carries a slight air of authority that resonates with others mainly less experienced fundraisers who will be looking up to you.

**What you will get**:
**£100** for every sign up uncapped until your 5th sign up has been reached. (5 Sign ups equals £500)

After your 5th sign up you will then be paid **£50** per sign up there after uncaapped meaning 10 sign ups are worth £750 another £50 for your next one and so on.

**THIS IS A COMMISION BASED ROLE**

There are other bonuses included aswel this is a very unique position all enquiries are welcome provided you feel you fit the criteria.

If your a person who smashes many sign ups weekly with ease and time to spare this might be the perfect role for you.

Lower targets minimum 5 instead of 10 per week, flexible hours, Amazing rate of pay
